Best clients in the world!

It’s funny - you design something, you build it, or someone else builds it, your client is happy and then you ask them for a review: maybe for Houzz.com or for your Architecture firm website. The reality is, I wish I could review my clients sometimes. Dura has been blessed with clients that have some idea of what they want, are intelligent and creative, and are responsive to expert input and advice, and who are willing to let a young architect push their boundaries a bit. We also have clients that value our work, not reducing it to a “set of permit plans”, or disparaging our work as “pie in the sky” or “pretty drawings”. (All of which I have heard at some point from another group of people, but never from our clients.)
